This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use RichVille: Rise To Riches (the “Game”). If you have questions or want to exercise privacy rights, email support@risetorichesinc.com.
What we collect
Gameplay progress, optional account info, device/app diagnostics, and ad-related data when ads are enabled.
What we don’t do
No selling of your email. No in-game cash-out. No third-party analytics service in the Game at this time.
1) Who operates the Game
The Game is published under these developer names in stores:
- Apple App Store developer: Miroslav Georgiev
- Google Play developer: MG Vision
2) Casino-style gameplay and virtual currency
The Game includes casino-style mini-games (for example slots, scratch cards, and wheel spins) using virtual in-game currency only. The Game does not provide real-money gambling or cash-out functionality.
3) Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information (depending on what you do in the Game):

No third-party analytics: The Game does not currently integrate a dedicated analytics product (e.g., Firebase Analytics). If that changes later, we will update this policy.
4) Where data is stored
- On your device: some settings and cached progress may be stored locally (preferences).
- Firebase (cloud): we use Firebase Authentication and a Firebase database to support accounts and cloud saving.
5) How we use information
- Operate the Game and provide features.
- Save and sync progress across devices (when you choose to use an account).
- Deliver rewards (including rewarded ads) and prevent missing rewards or abuse.
- Maintain security and prevent fraud/cheating/abuse.
- Provide customer support.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.
6) Advertising, consent, and your choices
The Game uses Google AdMob for ads (currently rewarded ads; we may add banner/interstitial later). Ad partners may process identifiers and event data to deliver and measure ads.
- Consent (EEA/UK): where required, we display a consent prompt and respect your choices.
- Personalized ads: may be shown when legally permitted and where required consent is obtained.
- Non-personalized ads: may be shown based on contextual signals.
- iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT): on iOS, you may be asked for permission to allow tracking (IDFA). You can manage this in iOS settings.
- Android advertising ID: you can reset or limit ad personalization in Android settings.
7) Sharing and third parties
We share information only as needed to operate the Game, deliver ads, and provide cloud services. We do not sell your email address.
- Firebase (Google): authentication and database hosting for cloud save and accounts.
- AdMob (Google) and ad partners: ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, rewarded completion.
If we add mediation or additional networks (e.g., Unity, ironSource, Meta), they may receive ad-related data as part of ad serving. We will update this policy accordingly.
8) Purchases and subscriptions
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your payment card information. We may process entitlement status to deliver content you purchased.
9) Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy:
- Account & cloud-save data: while your account is active, and a reasonable period after inactivity for security/fraud prevention.
- Support emails: typically up to 24 months, unless we need longer to resolve an issue or comply with law.
- Security/technical logs: typically up to 90 days, unless required longer for security or legal reasons.
10) Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) without parental consent. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
11) Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object or withdraw consent (where applicable).
How to request access or deletion
Email support@risetorichesinc.com and include:
- Your account email (if you created an account),
- Platform (iOS/Android),
- Request type (access / delete / correct),
- Any helpful details (e.g., approximate time of issue).
California & similar laws (Do Not Sell/Share)
Some privacy laws treat certain ad-tech data flows as “selling” or “sharing.” We do not sell your email address. If you want to opt out of personalized advertising where available, use the in-app consent options (when shown) and/or your device privacy settings.
12) International transfers
Because we use global providers (Firebase and AdMob), information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where required by law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for transfers.
13) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time (for example, if we add new ad formats or services). We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
