1) Who we are

The Game is published under the following developer names in stores:

• Apple App Store developer: Miroslav Georgiev
• Google Play developer: MG Vision

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum required age in your country) to use the Game, unless a parent/guardian consents where required by law.

3) Accounts & security

• You may be able to create an account (for example email/password or Google sign-in) to sync progress.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.
• Do not share login credentials or attempt to access someone else’s account.

4) The Game is for entertainment only

The Game includes casino-style mini-games (slots, scratch cards, wheel spins) using virtual in-game currency. The Game does not offer real-money gambling and does not provide cash-out or real-money winnings.

5) Virtual currency, items, and rewards

• Virtual currency (e.g., coins, diamonds, casino coins) and virtual items are licensed to you, not sold.
• They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• We may adjust, rebalance, or update virtual item values, drop rates, rewards, and progression for gameplay reasons.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, duplicate rewards, or abuse the reward system may result in rollbacks or account action.

6) Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the store’s policies.

• If you believe you were charged incorrectly, request a refund through the store first.
• We can help with troubleshooting entitlements (for example, restoring a purchase) via support email.

7) Ads and rewarded ads

The Game may show ads, including rewarded ads. Reward delivery may depend on ad network confirmation. If a reward fails to deliver due to network issues, we may ask for details (time, device, screenshots) to investigate.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use bots, automation, unauthorized scripts, modded clients, or third-party tools to gain advantage.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; if you find a bug, report it to support@risetorichesinc.com.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except to the extent allowed by law.
• Interfere with servers, Firebase services, or other players’ access.

9) Service changes and availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time (maintenance, balancing, security, legal, or business reasons). We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.

10) User content

If the Game or support channels allow you to submit content (for example, messages, screenshots, or feedback), you grant us a limited license to use it for support, operation, and improvement of the Game.

11) Privacy

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Game if you violate these Terms or if required for security/legal reasons. You may stop using the Game at any time. Some sections (like licenses, disclaimers) survive termination.

13) Disclaimers

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Game.
